02Sample approvalEach product is sampled, measured and wash-tested before it is offered.
0314-day preorderPay at checkout with the real photos, fit guide, minimum and ship window in front of you.
04ProductionOrders are reconciled to exact sizes and colors, then produced and inspected.
05Ships to youEvery item is checked, packed against your order and sent with tracking.

The preorder promise

14-day window: Each preorder opens for a fixed 14 days, with a published close date.
Real samples first: A product opens only after its physical sample, price and shipping window are approved.
Made to the paid order: We produce the sizes and colors that were paid for, with a small replacement allowance.
Minimum or refund: If a product misses its stated minimum, you are refunded or offered an alternative you agree to.
Honest ship dates: Dates come from the supplier. If they slip, you are told and given the option of a refund.

Our standards

Fit and measurements: Published garment measurements for each approved sample.
Wash tested: Samples are laundered to the care label before approval.
Checked one by one: First-run items are inspected for SKU, size, color, print and labels.
Plain product claims: No performance or safety claims without supplier evidence.
